Ms. Olga M. Dominguez has over thirty years of experience in leadership and management spanning local, state and federal governments. She is a strong advocate of Sustainability, Infrastructure Management, Climate Resiliency and Adaptation and led NASA’s efforts until her retirement in March of 2014. Post retirement, Ms. Dominguez also served in an advisory role to the Association of Climate Change Officers.
While at NASA, Ms. Dominguez served as the Assistant Administrator for Strategic Infrastructure. Ms. Dominguez held many leadership roles for NASA including the Agency Senior Sustainability Officer, the Agency Real Property Officer, the Agency Historic Preservation Officer, and the Agency Climate Adaptation Officer. She received numerous awards, including the Presidential Rank Award of Distinguished Executive; the Presidential Rank Award of Meritorious Executive; the Presidential Award for Leadership
in Energy Management; NASA’s Cooperative External Achievement Award; NASA’s Medal for Outstanding Leadership: and, NASA’s Distinguished Service Medal. She was named one of “The 80 Elite Hispanic Women” by the Hispanic Business magazine in April 2002.
