Mr. Robin Bouvier is a legal and business advisor. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Law at the University Grenoble Alpes (France). He pursued a two-year master’s Degree studying International and European Law at the University of Copenhagen (Denmark) and International and European Affairs with a specialization in European Law at the University of Pau et des Pays de l'Adour (France). Besides, his formation, he acquired a strong experience practising in law firms and working as a European project manager and a fundraiser for an NGO and research centres. He developed particular expertise in the aerospace sector through the participation in numbering high-quality events such as the European Center of Space Law (ECSL) Practitioners' Forum and Lawyers' Symposium, the Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court and the SIRIUS Chair talks. He has been awarded the second prize of the 2016 ECSL essay competition for his article entitled “How Would the Outer Space Treaty Be Different If Drafted in 2017?”. He is currently pursuing a PhD specialised in Space Law at the Space Law Research Center (Centro de Investigação e Desenvolvimento Sobre Direito e Sociedade - Universidade NOVA de Lisboa) while assisting in the development of the CybELE company. This last received the Awards of Copernicus B2B Challenge and Overall Winner during the 2018 Copernicus Master Challenge. The startup also has been approved by the European Space Agency Business Incubation Center and the Copernicus Accelerator program as well as the Copernicus Incubation program.
